目的：探讨自固定补片临床应用的初步经验。方法回顾性分析2012年7月至2013年7月，哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院将自固定补片应用于Lichtenstein术41例，观察41例患者的术中和术后并发症发生情况。结果本组患者平均手术时间（50±16）min；出血量（15±4）ml；术后负压引流（30．8±14．7）ml；住院时间（3±2）d。术后切口血清肿1例；随访3～12个月，无术后感染和复发。术后轻度慢性术区疼痛3例，3个月后自愈。结论自固定补片应用于Lichtenstein术，术式方便，术后并发症率较低，仍需进一步观察。
목적：탐토자고정보편림상응용적초보경험。방법회고성분석2012년7월지2013년7월，합이빈의과대학부속제일의원장자고정보편응용우Lichtenstein술41례，관찰41례환자적술중화술후병발증발생정황。결과본조환자평균수술시간（50±16）min；출혈량（15±4）ml；술후부압인류（30．8±14．7）ml；주원시간（3±2）d。술후절구혈청종1례；수방3～12개월，무술후감염화복발。술후경도만성술구동통3례，3개월후자유。결론자고정보편응용우Lichtenstein술，술식방편，술후병발증솔교저，잉수진일보관찰。
Objective To discuss the initial experience of clinical application of the ProGrip mesh. Methods A retrospective analysis of 41 cases who received Lichtenstein procedure using ProGrip mesh was conducted to explore the intraoperative situations and postoperative complications.Results The mean operating time was (50 ±1 6)minutes,average bleeding was (1 5 ±4)ml,negative pressure drainage after-operation was an average of (30.8 ±1 4.7)ml,length of hospital stay was (3 ±2)days.One patient had incision seroma after-operation,during follow-up period no postoperative infection and recurrence was found. Three patients suffered mild pain in the surgical site,but self-cured three months later.Conclusions Clinical observations suggest ProGrip mesh precipitates Lichtenstein procedure with lower rate of postoperative complications.However,its advancement needs further investigation.
