双曲分段一直是船厂加工制作的难点,特别是在精度控制政策下,分段无余量制作使得现场片体制作及定位精度要求更高。散货船首尾分段是典型的双曲分段,本文以57000 DWT散货船舷侧尾段621分段为例,利用造船精度分析软件AMS提取以斜板为胎制作外板的精确数据供现场施工,保证分段精确制作,一次精度报验合格。

Curved blocks has been making the dififculties in the shipyard processing , especially in the accuracy control policy, non-overmeasure processing makes accuracy demand of process and position-ifxing higher. The part of the fore and aft blocks and side blocks of Bulk carrier is typical curved block. This article taking the side block-621block of 57 000 DWT Bulk carrier for example, introduces a new method of researching curved blocks in jig for processing,to ensure the accuracy of blocks.
