高职院校在“双师型”师资队伍培养中存在诸多问题,特别是受当前社会因素和经济环境的影响下,校企合作效果不佳,很多企业不愿意与学校建立长期合作关系,企业不愿意接收教师到企业去锻炼、挂职、调研;专门培养高职师资的机构欠缺,“双师型”培养机制不健全;教师培训经费短缺;校内专任教师观念转变过程缓慢等等。
高職院校在“雙師型”師資隊伍培養中存在諸多問題,特彆是受噹前社會因素和經濟環境的影響下,校企閤作效果不佳,很多企業不願意與學校建立長期閤作關繫,企業不願意接收教師到企業去鍛煉、掛職、調研;專門培養高職師資的機構欠缺,“雙師型”培養機製不健全;教師培訓經費短缺;校內專任教師觀唸轉變過程緩慢等等。

There are many problems in cultivation of bi-qualified teachers at vocational colleges, especially under the influence of current social elements and economical environment. The level of people‘s awareness of vocational education need to be highly improved. Those problems are as follows:bad school-enterprise cooperation, unwilling to build a long-term cooperation system, even to accept teachers’ internship, lacking of professional institutes to cultivate vocational teachers, few implementation of bi-qualified teachers’ cultivation system, shortage of training fee and the slow down process of teachers’ concept transformation.
