从新疆吐鲁番地区和乌鲁木齐市安宁渠镇白星花金龟幼虫体中分离得到的2个新疆本土绿僵菌菌株TLF和ANQ。通过形态学初步鉴定菌株ANQ和TLF为金龟子绿僵菌。利用ITS1/ITS4和ITS4/ITS86引物分别测定了菌株TLF和ANQ的rDNA-ITS序列,2个菌株与金龟子绿僵菌相似性达99.1%~99.6%。室内毒力测定结果显示,菌株TLF和ANQ对白星花金龟各龄幼虫均具有高的致病力,死亡率分别达到90%~100%和73.3%~100%。2个菌株对白星花金龟1龄和2龄幼虫的致病力显著高于3龄幼虫,表现出随着白星花金龟幼虫龄期的增大致病力均呈降低的趋势。在相同处理时间内菌株TLF较ANQ致病力强。

Two fungal strains (TLF and ANQ) were isolated from infected larvae of Potosia brevitarsis Leiwis which collected from Turpan county and Anningqu Town of Urumqi County in Xinjiang. Both strains were primarily identified as Metarhizium anisopliae according to morphological character. The rDNA-ITS fragment sequencing results of these strains were analyzed with primers of ITS1/ITS4 and ITS4/ITS86, the similarity of two strains reached to 99.1%-99.6%with Metarhizium anisoplia. High pathogenicities were detected in both strains of TLF and ANQ to each instar larvae of P. brevitarsis Leiwis, the accumulated mortality reached to 90%-100%and 73.3%-100%, respectively. Both strain TLF and ANQ showed relatively higher pathogenicity to the 1st and 2nd instars larvae of P. brevitarsis than the 3rd instars larvae. These results suggested that the pathogenicity decreased along with the increasing of instars of P. brevitarsis larvae. Furthermore, the pathogenicity of strain TLF was higher than strain ANQ during the same examination.
