采用盆栽喷雾法测试了多菌灵、乙霉威及其9个复配组合对番茄灰霉病多菌灵敏感菌和抗性菌的保护作用,并对2种单剂及其质量比1︰1的复配进行了治疗、淋雨及持效期试验。结果表明:多菌灵与乙霉威的9个配比均表现出相加或增效作用。当多菌灵与乙霉威配比为1︰1时,对敏感菌和抗性菌的共毒系数分别为739.84和460.63,增效作用最显著,且其治疗作用较强,药后10 h淋雨对药效影响小,持效期长达5 d。

The toxicities, protective and curative activities, persistence of carbendazol, diethofencarb, and their mixtures against grey mould (Botrytis cinerea) of carbendazol-sensitive and resistant bacteria were studied by pot test. The results showed that the nine mixtures were showed additive or synergistic effects. The mixture of carbendazol+diethofencarb (1︰1) had significant synergistic effect with the co-toxicity coefficients of 460.63-739.84, and had obvious treatment effect. The persistence was more than 5 d.
