建立了液相色谱快速测定葡萄及柑橘中二氰蒽醌残留量的方法。样品经乙腈和盐酸水溶液提取,NaCl盐析,直接液相色谱检测。与现有方法相比,本方法前处理简单、快速、溶剂消耗量少。二氰蒽醌在0.6,3.0 mg/kg 2个添加水平下,平均回收率为91.5%~107.1%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.4%,方法的最低检测浓度为0.1 mg/kg。

A method for determination of dithianon residues in grape and citrus was developed. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile and hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, salted out by sodium chloride, then determined by liquid chromatography (LC). Compared with the existing methods, the pretreatment of the new method was easy, rapid, cheap. At two fortified levels of 0.6, 3.0 mg/kg, the average recoveries of dithianon in different matrix ranged from 91.5%to 107.1%with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of 1.3%-2.4%(n=5). The limit of quantification of the method was 0.1 mg/kg.
