以6-氯-2-(4-羟基苯氧基)喹喔啉与(S)-2-对甲苯磺酰基丙酸乙酯为主原料,经酯交换、取代反应合成喹禾糠酯,总收率91.2%,总酯含量95%,光学纯度95%。方法操作简单、收率高,适合于工业化生产。

Using 4-[(6-chloro-2-quinoxalinyl)oxy]phenol and ethyl (S)-2-[[(4-methylphenyl)sulfonyl]oxy]propanoate as starting materials, quizalofop-P-tefuryl was prepared through transesterification and substitution reaction. The total yield was 91.2%, the purity was 95%, and the optical purity was 95%. The improved method had such advantages as simple operations, high yield. It was suitable for industrial production.
