对杀虫剂三氟甲吡醚的合成工艺进行改进,提高了总收率。先对对苯二酚的1个羟基进行保护,再经缩合、水解、氯化、醚化,得到3-[2,6-二氯-4-(3,3-二氯烯丙氧基)苯氧基]丙-1-醇,最后与2-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶反应得到目标产物三氟甲吡醚。该工艺简单经济,条件温和,适合工业化生产。
對殺蟲劑三氟甲吡醚的閤成工藝進行改進,提高瞭總收率。先對對苯二酚的1箇羥基進行保護,再經縮閤、水解、氯化、醚化,得到3-[2,6-二氯-4-(3,3-二氯烯丙氧基)苯氧基]丙-1-醇,最後與2-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶反應得到目標產物三氟甲吡醚。該工藝簡單經濟,條件溫和,適閤工業化生產。

The synthetic process of pyridalyl was improved and the yield was raised. One hydroxyl of hydroquinone was protected first, then the intermediate of 3-[2,6-dichloro-4-(3,3-dichloroallyloxy)phenoxy]propyl-1-alcohol was synthetized through condensation, hydrolysis, chlorination, etherification. At last the intermediate reacted with 2-chloro-5-trifluoromethyl pyridine. The process had advantages as simple operations,mild reaction conditions. It was valuable to be used in industrial scale.
