目的 分析综合护理干预对乳腺癌患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响.方法 选取126例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各63例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较2组干预后治疗依从性及生活质量评分差异.结果 观察组完成治疗率(96.67％)明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),心理功能评分(59.54±5.43)、社会功能评分(57.32±2.23)、生活质量评分(81.57±8.43)明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理干预可以有效提高患者的治疗依从性,改善其生活质量.

목적 분석종합호리간예대유선암환자치료의종성화생활질량적영향.방법 선취126례유선암환자작위연구대상,수궤분위관찰조화대조조각63례,대조조급여상규호리간예,관찰조급여종합호리간예,비교2조간예후치료의종성급생활질량평분차이.결과 관찰조완성치료솔(96.67％)명현고우대조조(P＜0.05),심리공능평분(59.54±5.43)、사회공능평분(57.32±2.23)、생활질량평분(81.57±8.43)명현고우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 종합호리간예가이유효제고환자적치료의종성,개선기생활질량.
Objective To analyze the influence of the comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and the quality of life in patients with breast cancer.Methods 126 cases of breast cancer were divided into the routine nursing group and the comprehensive nursing group,63 cases in each group.The treatment adherence and the quality of life were compared.Results On the comprehensive nursing group,the treatment rate (96.67％),the psychological function (59.54 ± 5.43),the social function (57.32 ± 2.23),and the quality of life (81.57 ± 8.43) were significantly higher than those on the routine nursing group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention could effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients and their quality of life.
