The cloud service market is still in the early stage of the development process and has not yet formed a common e -cosystem model .The market has been monopolized by a small number of companies which have core competitiveness .Because of the lack of a sound coordination strategy and mechanism , competition and cooperation model within the market is developing to an undesirable price-oriented direction .The game theory was applied to investigate the equilibrium in cooperative and non -coop-erative price game under the current multi -oligarch cloud service market condition .A theoretical basis of healthy competition and cooperation strategy was provided for cloud service providers .
