后轮转向机构的优化设计是商用车四轮转向技术的关键,为了减小在车轮跳动时后轮转向机构与悬架之间的运动干涉、后轮摆振以及车轮磨损,提出了通过建立后轮转向机构的空间模型和后轮转向机构的动力学虚拟模型,直接以减小转向拉杆与悬架的运动不协调偏差量为目标函数的优化设计方案,结合整车操作稳定性试验,验证了该方案的合理性,为后轮转向机构的设计提供了一定参考。
後輪轉嚮機構的優化設計是商用車四輪轉嚮技術的關鍵,為瞭減小在車輪跳動時後輪轉嚮機構與懸架之間的運動榦涉、後輪襬振以及車輪磨損,提齣瞭通過建立後輪轉嚮機構的空間模型和後輪轉嚮機構的動力學虛擬模型,直接以減小轉嚮拉桿與懸架的運動不協調偏差量為目標函數的優化設計方案,結閤整車操作穩定性試驗,驗證瞭該方案的閤理性,為後輪轉嚮機構的設計提供瞭一定參攷。

Optimization design of the rear wheel steering mechanism is a key four -wheel steering technology for commercial vehicle.In order to reduce the movement interference between the rear wheel steering mechanism and suspension , swing vibra-tion, wear and tear of the rear wheels when they were moving up and down , a spatial model and a dynamics virtual model of the rear wheel steering mechanism were established .The optimization scheme of the objective function was to reduce uncoordinated motion deviation between steering rod and suspension .The result compares the handling and stability test to verify the reasonable-ness of this approach and to provide a reference for the design of the rear wheel steering mechanism .
