以某安全箱箱体为例,将最大缩痕指数和最大翘曲变形作为优化目标,以模具温度、熔体温度、注射速率、保压压力和保压时间为设计变量,通过正交试验设计及有限元模拟,获取试验样本;基于Isight参数优化软件,建立安全箱箱体注塑成型工艺参数与优化目标之间的响应面近似模型;利用非支配排序遗传算法在响应面模型内自主寻优,获取一组安全箱注塑成型的最优工艺参数;根据数值分析结果设计了注塑模具,按最优工艺参数试模,一次性试模成功。结果表明该方法可快速、有效实现注塑成型工艺优化。

Taking safety case as an example ,with maximum sink index and maximum warpage as the optimization objectives ,the orthogonal experiment was conducted with five design parameters including mold temperature ,melt temperature ,injection rate , packing pressure and packing time ,and the finite element simulation was performed to gain the test samples ;the response surface approximate model between the injection molding parameters and the optimization objectives was set up based on the optimization software Isight ,using non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal parameters in the response surface .At last , the injection mold was manufactured according to the results of the simulation ,and it demonstrated the success of the simulation . The results show that the injection molding process was optimized quickly and efficiently using this optimization method .
