综采工作面过联络巷向来是影响产量及效益的主要因素,通过穿层联络巷更是威胁煤矿安全生产的一大难题,以往过穿层联络巷通常采用打木垛铺设工字钢,回填矸石等方式充填通过,既危险又复杂,严重影响职工安全与煤炭产量。为克服穿层联络巷本身层位关系复杂、岩层夹矸薄顶板难以维护等特点,本文介绍采用高水充填材料对穿层跨采段进行充填的施工工艺,顺利安全的通过穿层联络巷。
