目的：观察止痛敷贴减轻患者静脉穿刺疼痛的效果。方法：选取需要进行静脉穿刺患者100例，穿刺部位局部外敷止痛敷贴l块，30min后揭去，按正规无菌操作进行静脉穿刺。采用自身对照法，同法使用空白敷贴后静脉穿刺。穿刺结束后行视觉模拟评分并记录。对评分统计并比较。结果：使用止痛敷贴后穿刺视觉模拟评分明显低于空白组。与使用空白敷贴比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：止痛敷贴镇痛效果明显，能明显减轻患者静脉穿刺疼痛，且制备方法简单，便于临床护理操作。
목적：관찰지통부첩감경환자정맥천자동통적효과。방법：선취수요진행정맥천자환자100례，천자부위국부외부지통부첩l괴，30min후게거，안정규무균조작진행정맥천자。채용자신대조법，동법사용공백부첩후정맥천자。천자결속후행시각모의평분병기록。대평분통계병비교。결과：사용지통부첩후천자시각모의평분명현저우공백조。여사용공백부첩비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：지통부첩진통효과명현，능명현감경환자정맥천자동통，차제비방법간단，편우림상호리조작。
Objective:To observe the effect of pain relief of analgesic applicator after venipuncture. Methods:The analgesic ap-plicators were used in 100 cases of patients after veinpuncture, which were taken away after 30 min. As the self-contrast control,the applicators of no drugs were used in these same patients. After the venipunctures, a visual analogue scale were recorded and analyzed. Result:The visual analogue scales in the experiment group were lower than the control group. There are statistically significantdiffer-ence.(P<0.05). Conclusion:The analgesic applicator can relieve pain of the patients after veinpuncture significantly. It is easy to pre-pare and operate for nurse.
