目的:确定复方颈椎1号胶囊的工艺制备条件。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计,以总黄酮得率为评价指标,优选出最佳的制备条件,并且考察胶囊辅料的吸湿性。结果:最佳制备工艺是8倍量水回流提取2次,每次1小时,药粉与糊精质量比为2∶1,80%乙醇为润湿材料,其用量约为浸膏粉混合物的10%,临界相对湿度为59.44%。结论:此制备工艺合理稳定,有效成分较多,成本相对较低,可用于颈椎1号胶囊大批量的生产。
目的:確定複方頸椎1號膠囊的工藝製備條件。方法:採用L9(34)正交設計,以總黃酮得率為評價指標,優選齣最佳的製備條件,併且攷察膠囊輔料的吸濕性。結果:最佳製備工藝是8倍量水迴流提取2次,每次1小時,藥粉與糊精質量比為2∶1,80%乙醇為潤濕材料,其用量約為浸膏粉混閤物的10%,臨界相對濕度為59.44%。結論:此製備工藝閤理穩定,有效成分較多,成本相對較低,可用于頸椎1號膠囊大批量的生產。
목적:학정복방경추1호효낭적공예제비조건。방법:채용L9(34)정교설계,이총황동득솔위평개지표,우선출최가적제비조건,병차고찰효낭보료적흡습성。결과:최가제비공예시8배량수회류제취2차,매차1소시,약분여호정질량비위2∶1,80%을순위윤습재료,기용량약위침고분혼합물적10%,림계상대습도위59.44%。결론:차제비공예합리은정,유효성분교다,성본상대교저,가용우경추1호효낭대비량적생산。
Objective:To investigate the optimal extraction process of jingzhuiyihao capsules. Methods:L9(34)orthogonal test was used in optimization of the exsperiment with the rate of compound pyrola as the marker ,and moisture absorption of excipient was studied, which optimize the best extraction process. Results: the best extraction process was as followed:medicine materials were soaked in 8-fold volume of water for twice,1 hour for one time.peanut hulls extract-dextrin=2:1,and 80% ethanol as the moistening agent which amounts to 10% of the mixture,which make the mixture had a critical relative humidity of 59.44% and a good fluidity. Conclusion:the method is stable and reliable, more effective components and economic,suitable for mass production.
