目的：建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定速效女士栓中苦参碱的含量。方法：采用氨基键合硅胶为填充柱，以乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸溶液（80：10：10）为流动相，检测波长为220nm，流速1.0ml/min。结果：苦参碱在20.08μg～100.4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。苦参碱平均回收率为98.62%（RSD=1.82%）。结论：本测定方法简便、快速、准确，可用于速效女士栓中苦参碱的含量测定。

목적：건립고효액상색보법（HPLC）측정속효녀사전중고삼감적함량。방법：채용안기건합규효위전충주，이을정-무수을순-3%린산용액（80：10：10）위류동상，검측파장위220nm，류속1.0ml/min。결과：고삼감재20.08μg～100.4μg범위내정량호적선성관계。고삼감평균회수솔위98.62%（RSD=1.82%）。결론：본측정방법간편、쾌속、준학，가용우속효녀사전중고삼감적함량측정。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for content determination of matrine (HPLC) available in MS bolt. Methods:using amino bonded silica gel packed column with acetonitrile, ethanol-3% phosphoric acid solution(80:10:10) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 220nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Results:matrine in 20.08ug~100.4μg range showed a good linear re-lationship. Matrine and the average recovery was 98.62%(RSD=1.82%). Conclusion:this method was simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for content determination of matrine in available lady hydrant.
