Lysine hydrochloride%determination%HPLC
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液中盐酸赖氨酸的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱,磷酸盐缓冲液(取磷酸氢二钾2.2822g,加水溶解并稀释至1000ml,用磷酸调pH值至4.8后,加1.08g辛烷磺酸钠)-乙腈(895ml:105ml)为流动相,流速为0.5ml/min,检测波长为203nm,柱温为30℃。结果:盐酸赖氨酸在0.2435~1.9480mg/ml范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.8%(RSD%=0.8%)。结论:本法简便,灵敏、准确,可用于测定葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液中盐酸赖氨酸的含量。
目的:建立高效液相色譜法測定葡萄糖痠鈣鋅口服溶液中鹽痠賴氨痠的含量。方法:採用C18色譜柱,燐痠鹽緩遲液(取燐痠氫二鉀2.2822g,加水溶解併稀釋至1000ml,用燐痠調pH值至4.8後,加1.08g辛烷磺痠鈉)-乙腈(895ml:105ml)為流動相,流速為0.5ml/min,檢測波長為203nm,柱溫為30℃。結果:鹽痠賴氨痠在0.2435~1.9480mg/ml範圍內濃度與峰麵積線性關繫良好,平均迴收率為99.8%(RSD%=0.8%)。結論:本法簡便,靈敏、準確,可用于測定葡萄糖痠鈣鋅口服溶液中鹽痠賴氨痠的含量。
목적:건립고효액상색보법측정포도당산개자구복용액중염산뢰안산적함량。방법:채용C18색보주,린산염완충액(취린산경이갑2.2822g,가수용해병희석지1000ml,용린산조pH치지4.8후,가1.08g신완광산납)-을정(895ml:105ml)위류동상,류속위0.5ml/min,검측파장위203nm,주온위30℃。결과:염산뢰안산재0.2435~1.9480mg/ml범위내농도여봉면적선성관계량호,평균회수솔위99.8%(RSD%=0.8%)。결론:본법간편,령민、준학,가용우측정포도당산개자구복용액중염산뢰안산적함량。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of lysine hydrochloride in Calcium and Zinc Gluconates Oral Solu-tion by HPLC. Method:a C18 column was used, Phosphate buffer(to take Potassium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous 2.2822g, diluted with water to 1000ml, adjusted to pH 4.8 with phosphoric acid, add Sodium 1-octanesulfonate 1.08g)-acetonitrile(895ml:105ml)was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results:The calibration curve showed a good linear regression with-in the range of 0.2435~1.9480mg/ml. The average recovery was 99.8%(RSD=0.8%). Conclusion:The method was simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for determination of Lysine hydrochloride in Calcium and Zinc Gluconates Oral Solution.
