通过比较高流动性聚丙烯CX9530B与国内外同类产品的力学性能和收缩率,研究了CX9530B收缩率较高和易翘曲变形的原因。采用将CX9530B配方中的成核剂苯甲酸钠替换为可使制品收缩率降低的成核剂的方法,在提高聚丙烯CX9530力学性能的前提下,其横向收缩率由CX9530B的1.67%降至1.52%,纵向收缩率由1.55%降至1.47%,各向同性指数由0.93提高到0.97,解决了CX9530B收缩率大和易翘曲变形的问题。

The reasons for high shrinking percentage and tendency towards buckling deformation of high flow polypropylene CX9530B was studied by comparing the mechanical properties and shrinking percentage of CX9530B with those of the same kind of products at home and abroad. Through the method for replacing nucleating agent sodium benzoate in the recipe of CX9530B with some nucleating agents that could endow polypropylene with low shrinking percentage, the transverse direction shrinking percentage of CX9530B was reduced from 1.67 percent to 1.52 percent, the machine direction one was reduced from 1.55 percent to 1.47 percent, and the isotropy index was increased from 0.93 to 0.97 on the premise of improving the mechanical properties of CX9530. Consequently, the problem of CX9530B having high shrinking percentage and tendency towards buckling deformation was resolved.
