采用热重分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热法、动态力学分析、偏光显微镜照片、常规力学性能测试等,结合其用途从分子结构、结晶形态、综合力学性能等对6种高抗冲击、高流动共聚聚丙烯树脂进行了表征。结果表明:牌号为AZ564和K9026的共聚聚丙烯的流动性最好,熔体流动速率接近30g/10min,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度均大于10kJ/m2,相对分子质量分布、结晶形态等较好。
採用熱重分析、傅裏葉變換紅外光譜、凝膠滲透色譜、差示掃描量熱法、動態力學分析、偏光顯微鏡照片、常規力學性能測試等,結閤其用途從分子結構、結晶形態、綜閤力學性能等對6種高抗遲擊、高流動共聚聚丙烯樹脂進行瞭錶徵。結果錶明:牌號為AZ564和K9026的共聚聚丙烯的流動性最好,鎔體流動速率接近30g/10min,懸臂樑缺口遲擊彊度均大于10kJ/m2,相對分子質量分佈、結晶形態等較好。

The molecular structure, crystalline morphology and comprehensive mechanical properties of six kinds of high impact polypropylene (PP) with high fluidity were studied in combination with the application of the resins by thermogravimetry (TG), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), gel permeation spec-troscopy (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), polarized light microscopy (PLM), conventional mechanical properties testing, etc. The results show that the copolymerized PP grades AZ564 and K9026 have high fluidity with melt flow rate close to 30 g/10 min and notched Izod impact strength up to 10 kJ/m2. The relative molecular mass distribution and crystalline morphology of the two grades are relatively good.
