选择滇池5个代表性研究位点,分别采集沉积物和水样,在藻类发生的重灾区采集藻类,通过野外取样和实验室模拟试验,研究分析了藻类生长对滇池不同区域沉积物磷释放的影响。结果表明,加入藻类明显提高了沉积物速效磷和总磷的释放量;去离子水处理的沉积物速效磷和总磷释放量明显高于滇池水处理;各区域沉积物中以海埂的速效磷释放量最高,昆阳的总磷释放量最高。

Five representative sites in Dianchi Lake were selected.Sediment and water were sampled separately in these five sites.Algae were sampled in Haigeng area.A simulating experiment was done to examine the impacts of alga growth on sediment phosphorus release at different sites in Dianchi Lake.The results showed that the release of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in sediment samples with alga is apparently higher than that of the sam-ples without alga.Further more,the release of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in sediment samples trea-ted with deionized water is much higher than that of the samples treated with Dianchi lake water.Among all five sites,the sediment in Haigeng released the highest amount of available phosphorus.Meanwhile,the highest release of total phosphorus from sediments was found in Kunyang.
