刺血疗法是我国的传统针灸疗法之一，以其简便廉验的特点，目前广泛应用于临床。本研究检索了自1982～2013年间相关文献共117篇，其中临床研究60篇，共计4000余例，机理研究57篇，对近30年来刺血疗法治疗高血压病的临床疗效及治疗机理进行总结，以期为今后的研究提供参考。

Bloodletting therapy is one of traditional therapies within Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion field.Given its good results in clinical usage and its low cost , it is still commonly applied in clinic all over the country .This paper reviews 117 related articles , of which 60 are clinical research articles collecting altogether more than 4000 cases, 57 are experimental research , and summarizes the last 30 years of clinical experience and therapeutic law for treating hypertension with bloodletting , hopefully this may be used as reference for fur-ther studies .
