目的:探讨针刺对抑郁症外周和中枢炎性细胞因子的调节作用。方法:采用慢性不可预知的应激方法建立抑郁症大鼠模型。将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、针刺组和氟西汀组。采用酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA )检测炎性细胞因子白细胞介素-1β( IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6( IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α( TNF-α)的含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清、海马、额叶皮层IL-1β含量均显著升高(P<0.01),血清、海马、额叶皮层IL-6含量均显著升高(P<0.01),血清、海马、额叶皮层TNF-α含量均显著升高( P<0.01)。针刺治疗可以显著降低模型大鼠血清、海马和额叶皮层IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α含量( P<0.01)。结论:针刺可以抑制炎性细胞因子,缓解抑郁症外周和中枢炎症反应,这可能是针刺发挥抗抑郁作用的机制之一。

목적:탐토침자대억욱증외주화중추염성세포인자적조절작용。방법:채용만성불가예지적응격방법건립억욱증대서모형。장SD대서수궤분위정상조、모형조、침자조화불서정조。채용매련면역흡부법( ELISA )검측염성세포인자백세포개소-1β( IL-1β)、백세포개소-6( IL-6)화종류배사인자-α( TNF-α)적함량。결과:여정상조비교,모형조대서혈청、해마、액협피층IL-1β함량균현저승고(P<0.01),혈청、해마、액협피층IL-6함량균현저승고(P<0.01),혈청、해마、액협피층TNF-α함량균현저승고( P<0.01)。침자치료가이현저강저모형대서혈청、해마화액협피층IL-1β、IL-6화TNF-α함량( P<0.01)。결론:침자가이억제염성세포인자,완해억욱증외주화중추염증반응,저가능시침자발휘항억욱작용적궤제지일。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture on inflammatory cytokines response in serum and brain regions of depression .Methods:The chronic unpredictable stress ( CUS ) rat model with depression was employed in this study .The SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: the normal control, CUS, acu-puncture and fluoxetine .The contents of pro -inflammatory cytokines interleukin -1β( IL-1β) , IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor -α( TNF-α) were detected by ELISA .Results:Compared with control group , the con-tents of IL-1βin serum, hippocampus and frontal cortex in model group were significantly increased ( P<0.01 );the contents of IL -6 in serum , hippocampus and frontal cortex were significantly increased ( P <0.01 );the contents of TNF-αin serum, hippocampus and frontal cortex were significantly increased ( P<0.01 ) .Acupuncture significantly decreased the contents of IL -1β, IL-6 and TNF-αin the serum , hippo-campus and frontal cortex of the model group ( P<0 .01 ) .Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment could significant-ly reduce the inflammatory cytokines in serum and brain , and alleviate inflammatory response , which might me-diate the antidepression by acupuncture .
