目的：观察针刺结合暗示疗法治疗躯体化障碍的临床疗效。方法：将60例躯体化障碍患者分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例采用针刺加暗示治疗，对照组30例仅采用药物治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后用SCL-90及临床疗效予以评定。结果：治疗后两组患者SCL-90总分改善均有显著差异（ P＜0.01），且治疗组优于对照组（P＜0．01），治疗组总有效率93．3％，对照组总有效率73．3％，两组比较差异显著（P＜0．01）。结论：采用针刺结合暗示疗法治疗躯体化障碍有效。
목적：관찰침자결합암시요법치료구체화장애적림상료효。방법：장60례구체화장애환자분성치료조화대조조。치료조30례채용침자가암시치료，대조조30례부채용약물치료。분별우치료전、치료후용SCL-90급림상료효여이평정。결과：치료후량조환자SCL-90총분개선균유현저차이（ P＜0.01），차치료조우우대조조（P＜0．01），치료조총유효솔93．3％，대조조총유효솔73．3％，량조비교차이현저（P＜0．01）。결론：채용침자결합암시요법치료구체화장애유효。
Objective:To observe the acupuncture combined with suggested therapy for the treatment of somati-zation disorder .Methods:60 patients with somatization disorder were divided into treatment group and control group .In treatment group 30 cases were treated with acupuncture plus suggested theropy , and in the control group 30 cases were with drug treatment only .Before and after treatment SCL-90 was used for clinical curative effect evaluation .Results:In two groups after treatment SCL -90 total score was improved significantly ( P <0.01 ) , and the treatment group was better than control group ( P<0 .01 ) .In treatment group the total effec-tiveness was 93 .3%,and in control group the total effective rate was 73 .3%,and there was a significant differ-ence (P<0.01).Conclusion:The acupuncture combined with suggested therapy has a good efficacy in the treatment of somatization disorder .
