目的：探讨不同留针时间电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为10 min组、20 min组和30 min组，3组取穴相同，均采用连续波电针治疗，比较3组治疗后VAS评分及症状与功能评定量表改善情况。结果：留针20 min组和留针30 min组治疗后VAS、症状积分均优于留针10 min组，差异均具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。留针20 min组与留针30 min组比较，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论：留针20 min对治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效较佳，可以做临床治疗参考。
목적：탐토불동류침시간전침치료신경근형경추병적료효。방법：장120례신경근형경추병환자수궤분위10 min조、20 min조화30 min조，3조취혈상동，균채용련속파전침치료，비교3조치료후VAS평분급증상여공능평정량표개선정황。결과：류침20 min조화류침30 min조치료후VAS、증상적분균우우류침10 min조，차이균구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。류침20 min조여류침30 min조비교，차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론：류침20 min대치료신경근형경추병료효교가，가이주림상치료삼고。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of different needle -retaining time acupuncture on nerve root cervical spondylopathy .Methods:A total of 120 patients with nerve root cervical spondylopathy were random-ized into three groups,respectively 10 min group,20 min group and 30 min group,with 40 cases in each group. The same acupuncture point selection was in each group .VAS and symptom score were adopted to evaluate the improvements in the three groups after treatment .Results:In comparison of VAS and symptom score after treat-ment,the curative effects in 20 min group and 30 min group were better than that in 10 min group (P<0.05). There is no significant difference between 20 min group and 30 min group (P>0.05).Conclusion:A needle-retaining time of 20 min can achieve a satisfactory result for treating nerve root cervical spondylopathy , and it can be considered as a reference in clinic .
