分析了燃煤机组取消脱硫旁路后脱硫塔浆液起泡的现象及危害,研究了脱硫浆液的起泡机理。在分析脱硫塔起泡原因的基础上,提出了解决吸收塔浆液起泡溢流问题的技术措施,解决了火电机组取消脱硫旁路烟道后的起泡问题。
分析瞭燃煤機組取消脫硫徬路後脫硫塔漿液起泡的現象及危害,研究瞭脫硫漿液的起泡機理。在分析脫硫塔起泡原因的基礎上,提齣瞭解決吸收塔漿液起泡溢流問題的技術措施,解決瞭火電機組取消脫硫徬路煙道後的起泡問題。

The seriflux foaming in desulfuration tower and its harm after coal-fired units desulfurization bypass canceled are analyzed. The paper investigates foaming mechanism of desulfurization seriflux. On the basis of analyzing the causes for foaming of desulfuration tower , this paper presents technical measures to solve seri-flux foaming and overflow problems in absorption tower , which solves foaming problem after coal-fired units cancel bypass gas flue.
