目的：建立同时测定附子药材及其样品中6种乌头类生物碱含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法C18柱，乙腈-四氢呋喃（25：15）为流动相A，以0.1mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液为流动相B，梯度洗脱，流速1.0mL·min-1，检测波长235nm。结果6种乌头类生物碱均达到了较好的分离，分别在一定范围内呈良好的线形关系。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏，可有效地用于附子的鉴别和内在质量控制。
목적：건립동시측정부자약재급기양품중6충오두류생물감함량적고효액상색보분석방법。방법C18주，을정-사경부남（25：15）위류동상A，이0.1mol·L-1작산안용액위류동상B，제도세탈，류속1.0mL·min-1，검측파장235nm。결과6충오두류생물감균체도료교호적분리，분별재일정범위내정량호적선형관계。결론해방법간편、쾌속、령민，가유효지용우부자적감별화내재질량공제。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of six kinds of Aconitum alkaloids in Aconitum carmichaeli and its samples. Methods A C18 column was used, and acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran(25:15) as the mobile phase A, 0.1mol·L-1 NH4AC solution as the mobile phase B, gradient elute with a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1 and a detection wavelength of 235nm. Results The six kinds of Aconitum alkaloids were separated, and the calibra tion curves of them were in good linearity over the certain range respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate. It can be used in the identification and quality control of A. carmichaeli.
