老年综合征是老年医学三大核心之一，老年综合征的护理是以老年人为中心，全面关注老年人的功能状态和生命质量。本文简述了常见老年综合征、老年综合征的护理评估和多学科整合管理，提出了对我国老年综合征护理应加大宣传，提高认识、不断完善老年综合评估技术、重视老年护理专业人员的培养等观点。

Geriatric syndrome is one of three cores in geriatric medicine. Geriatric syndrome care is the elderly centered, focusing on the elderly functional status and quality of life. This paper brielfy described the geriatric syndrome classiifcation, geriatric syndrome nursing assessment and multidisciplinary integration management. Some recommendations are put forward:strengthen propaganda to geriatric syndrome care, raise awareness, improve geriatric syndrome evaluation technique, and pay more attention to the training of specialist in elderly care.
