目的:调查粤西地区不同等级护士职业倦怠与离职意愿现状,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法:应用Maslach倦怠量表(MBI)和离职意愿量表(TIQ)对不同等级医院的563名护士进行调查分析。结果:三级医院护士的职业倦怠与离职意愿程度均高于二级医院和一级医院(P<0.05),一级医院护士的职业倦怠与离职意愿程度均高于二级医院(P<0.05)。护士的职业倦怠与离职意愿有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:不同等级医院护士的职业倦怠与离职意愿程度不同,两者之间相关性较强,管理者应对不同等级医院分层级管理,以期取得最佳效果。

Objective:To investigate the current situation and correlation between job burnout and turnover intention among nurses in western Guangdong. Methods:Maslach Burnout Inventory and Turnover Intention Questionnaire were used to investigate the current situation and correlation between job burnout and turnover intention of 563 nurses in hospitals of different levels. Results:Tertiary hospital nurses' levels of job burnout and turnover intention were higher than those in secondary hospitals and primary hospitals (P<0.05). Primary hospital nurses' levels of job burnout and turnover intention were higher than those in secondary hospitals (P<0.05). Turnover intention was positively related to emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, and was negatively related to personal achievements. Conclusion:Nurses in hospitals of different levels got different levels of job burnout and turnover intention. Hierarchical management should be carried out to get the best effect.
