本专案以“知信行模式”为理论指导，通过提升护理人员执行锐器物品操作认知水平，同时修订预防针刺伤手册、制作预防针刺伤DV D及执行预防针刺伤教育训练等方式，增强护理人员操作行为的正确性，降低护理人员针刺伤发生率，保证职业安全。

This project guided with the KAP mode (Knowledge, Attitude, Practice Mode;KAP Mode), we carried out needle stick injury prevention education to raise awareness of the sharp objects operations, revised the needle stick injury prevention manual, produced prevention DVD, performed training courses and other ways to enhance correctness of operational behavior. We hope by regular training to prevent the harm of needle stick injuries, and to provide a safety career environment.
