目的:讨论不同振动频率对大鼠椎间盘退变和骨密度的影响,以及护具对大鼠腰椎间盘退变的保护作用。方法通过检测大鼠振动训练前后骨密度变化,并于振动后收集大鼠椎间盘髓核组织,对髓核组织进行HE染色、免疫组化等研究。结果随着振动频率的提高,大鼠椎间盘细胞凋亡增加,无护具保护实验组大鼠与有护具保护组大鼠比较,TUNEL检测阳性细胞的百分率和阳性颗粒的平均光密度值增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而各组大鼠股骨BMD振动前后无统计学意义。结论振动对骨密度无明显影响,随着振动频率的增加,大鼠椎间盘退变程度增加,护具对振动引起的大鼠椎间盘退变有保护作用。

목적:토론불동진동빈솔대대서추간반퇴변화골밀도적영향,이급호구대대서요추간반퇴변적보호작용。방법통과검측대서진동훈련전후골밀도변화,병우진동후수집대서추간반수핵조직,대수핵조직진행HE염색、면역조화등연구。결과수착진동빈솔적제고,대서추간반세포조망증가,무호구보호실험조대서여유호구보호조대서비교,TUNEL검측양성세포적백분솔화양성과립적평균광밀도치증고,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。이각조대서고골BMD진동전후무통계학의의。결론진동대골밀도무명현영향,수착진동빈솔적증가,대서추간반퇴변정도증가,호구대진동인기적대서추간반퇴변유보호작용。
Objective To investigate the influence of different vibration frequency on the degeneration of the lumbar intervertebral disc and the bone mineral density ( BMD) of the femur, and to explore the effect of protective equipment on the degeneration of the lumbar intervertebral disc in rats.Methods BMD of rats before and after the vibration training was detected .After the vibration training, nucleus pulposus of the intervertebral disc was collected , and HE staining and the immunohistochemical study of the nucleus pulposus tissue were performed .Results Along with the increase of the vibration frequency, the apoptosis of the intervertebral disc cells increased obviously.Compared with that in protective equipment group, the percentage of positive cells and optical density value of the positive particles detected using TUNEL method in non-protective equipment group increased significantly (P<0.05). BMD of the femur showed no significant difference before and after the vibration ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusion Vibration has no obvious influence on BMD .But along with the increase of the vibration frequency , the degeneration of the intervertebral disc increases . And the protective equipment has protective effect on the degeneration of the intervertebral disc caused by vibration .
