The standardization of real estate prices has been one of the key and difficult problem in the research and practice of real estate. This paper discusses the residential price standard principle and method based on Hedonic transform model,and through practical application and validation,integrity of the classification model,variable selection and introduction,parameter setting,the model form,residential prices standard calculation formula generation and its related problems.
