目的：探讨护理干预对乳腺癌病人抑郁度及主观幸福感的影响。方法将乳腺癌病人随机分为干预组与对照组，两组各26例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组实施护理干预。比较两组病人抑郁程度及主观幸福感及临床症状改善情况。结果出院时干预组主观幸福感评分高于对照组（ P ＜0．05），抑郁程度评分明显降低（P＜0．05）。结论护理干预能够可有效调节病人的抑郁程度、提升乳腺癌病人的主观幸福感。
目的：探討護理榦預對乳腺癌病人抑鬱度及主觀倖福感的影響。方法將乳腺癌病人隨機分為榦預組與對照組，兩組各26例，對照組給予常規護理，榦預組實施護理榦預。比較兩組病人抑鬱程度及主觀倖福感及臨床癥狀改善情況。結果齣院時榦預組主觀倖福感評分高于對照組（ P ＜0．05），抑鬱程度評分明顯降低（P＜0．05）。結論護理榦預能夠可有效調節病人的抑鬱程度、提升乳腺癌病人的主觀倖福感。
목적：탐토호리간예대유선암병인억욱도급주관행복감적영향。방법장유선암병인수궤분위간예조여대조조，량조각26례，대조조급여상규호리，간예조실시호리간예。비교량조병인억욱정도급주관행복감급림상증상개선정황。결과출원시간예조주관행복감평분고우대조조（ P ＜0．05），억욱정도평분명현강저（P＜0．05）。결론호리간예능구가유효조절병인적억욱정도、제승유선암병인적주관행복감。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention for the patients of breast cancer with the degree of depression and subjective well -being. Methods The patients of breast cancer were selected,which were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each group was 26 cases.Compare two groups of patients with depression degree and the clinical symptoms and subjective well -being.Results The subjective well-being of intervention group scores higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the degree of depression scores significantly decreased than that of control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively adjust the level of depression and improve the subjective well -being of the patients of breast cancer.
