2013年我国高校毕业生就业压力空前，以这一社会热点问题为契点，说明了我国高校毕业生就业难之现状，提出了用企业形象识别系统(CIS)来指导学生增强自身就业竞争力的观点，并在对“个人形象识别系统”(PIS)内涵解析的基础上，从PIS的建立，高职学生就业难、就业竞争力不强，社会对高职教育的认可度不高和缺乏合理的职业规划四个角度阐述了导入PIS理念的背景及必要性；并从MI、BI、VI三方面阐释了培养高职学生就业竞争力引入PIS理念的基本思路。

With the unprecedented pressure on the employment of college graduates in 2013 presented, it describes current difficult status of the employment of college graduates in China, and points out that CIS (Corporate Identity System) can be used to guide the graduates to enhance their employment competitiveness. Besides, based on the explanation of CIS, it states the background and the necessity of introducing PIS (Production Identity System) from four perspectives:establishment of PIS, the difficult employment and the less employment competitiveness of the higher vocational students, the low acceptance of the vocational education of people and the lack of reasonable career planning. Meanwhile, it explains the basic thought of cultivating the students’ employment competitiveness by introducing PIS theory from MI, BI and VI.
