现有关于高职院校教师专业化发展的研究,主要是从高职院校教师专业化发展的概念、专业发展的对策及高职院校教师专业化发展过程中存在的问题等方面来进行分析的,但很多研究并未重视高职教育的特殊性,未能结合高职院校进行院校实践研究,未能建立高职院校教师专业化发展的某种系统模式。

The existing studies on the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges , are mainly from the concept of professional development of teachers in vocational colleges ,countermeasures of professional development and the existing problems in the process of teacher professional development in vocational colleges. But many studies did not pay more attention to its particularity,did not combined with practice,failed to establish some system model on the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges.
