目的：观察针刀治疗指屈肌腱腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法把指屈肌腱腱鞘炎中后期的患者125例随机分为治疗组64例和对照组61例。对照组采用局部药物封闭治疗，治疗组用针刀松解狭窄的腱鞘。结果治疗21 d后治疗组治愈率（92.18%）、总有效率（96.87%）明显高于对照组（治愈率42.62%、治愈率90.16%）（P﹤0.05）。180 d后再次随访，治疗组的治愈率（95.13%）与总有效率（98.44%）仍明显高于对照组（治愈率34.42%、总有效率72.13%）（P﹤0.05）。结论针刀治疗中后期指屈肌腱腱鞘炎具有较好的临床疗效。
목적：관찰침도치료지굴기건건초염적림상료효。방법파지굴기건건초염중후기적환자125례수궤분위치료조64례화대조조61례。대조조채용국부약물봉폐치료，치료조용침도송해협착적건초。결과치료21 d후치료조치유솔（92.18%）、총유효솔（96.87%）명현고우대조조（치유솔42.62%、치유솔90.16%）（P﹤0.05）。180 d후재차수방，치료조적치유솔（95.13%）여총유효솔（98.44%）잉명현고우대조조（치유솔34.42%、총유효솔72.13%）（P﹤0.05）。결론침도치료중후기지굴기건건초염구유교호적림상료효。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on tenosynovitis of hand flexor tendos ( THFT)treated with acupotomy. Methods One hundred and twenty-five cases of THFT at the middle and late stages were randomized into a treatment group(64 cases)and a control group(61 cases). In the control group,the local medicinal blockage therapy was adopted. In the treatment group,the narrowed tendon sheath was released with acupotomy. Results The curative rate(92. 18%)and the total effective rate(96. 87%), were higher obviously than 42. 62% and 90. 16% in the control respectively. In follow-up of 180 days,the curative rate(95. 13%)and the total effective rate(98. 44%)in the treatment group were still higher appar-ently than those(34. 42%,72. 13%)in the control respectively(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion Acupotomy a-chieves the better clinical efficacy on THFT at the middle and late stages.
