Bushen Huoxue Formula%Disuse Osteoporosis%BMD
目的:观察益气补肾活血方对失用性骨质疏松大鼠骨密度( BMD )、大鼠骨钙素( BGP)、大鼠骨特异性碱性磷酸酶( BAP)等指标的影响。方法将假手术大鼠作为空白对照组,大鼠右侧股骨骨折后石膏固定的方法建立废用性骨质疏松模型,分为益气补肾活血方组、钙尔奇组、模型对照组。灌胃给药60 d后,骨密度仪检测BMD、骨矿盐( BMC),ELISA法检测血清中BGP、BAP的含量。结果益气补肾活血方组与钙尔奇组全身及股骨 BMD及 BMC均显著高于模型对照组( P﹤0.05),两组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);模型对照组血清BGP最低,与其他组比较差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05);益气补肾活血方组与钙尔奇组均能降低血清中BAP含量,与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05)。结论益气补肾活血方能够有效防止失用性骨质疏松模型大鼠的骨量丢失,并能有效抑制骨吸收的发生,促进骨形成。

목적:관찰익기보신활혈방대실용성골질소송대서골밀도( BMD )、대서골개소( BGP)、대서골특이성감성린산매( BAP)등지표적영향。방법장가수술대서작위공백대조조,대서우측고골골절후석고고정적방법건립폐용성골질소송모형,분위익기보신활혈방조、개이기조、모형대조조。관위급약60 d후,골밀도의검측BMD、골광염( BMC),ELISA법검측혈청중BGP、BAP적함량。결과익기보신활혈방조여개이기조전신급고골 BMD급 BMC균현저고우모형대조조( P﹤0.05),량조지간비교,차이무통계학의의(P﹥0.05);모형대조조혈청BGP최저,여기타조비교차이유통계학의의( P﹤0.05);익기보신활혈방조여개이기조균능강저혈청중BAP함량,여모형대조조비교차이유통계학의의( P﹤0.05)。결론익기보신활혈방능구유효방지실용성골질소송모형대서적골량주실,병능유효억제골흡수적발생,촉진골형성。
Objective To observe the impacts of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Formula on bone mineral density(BMD),osteocalcin(BGP)and bone -specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP)in disused osteoporosis rats. Methods The pseudo-operation rats were selected in a blank control group. The plaster fixation was used after the right femoral fracture for the preparation of disused osteoporosis models that were divided into Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Formula group,Caltrate group and a model control group. In 60 days of medication,DXA was used to detect BMD and bone mineral salt( BMC)and ELISA was used to detect serum BGP and BAP levels. Results In Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,the general and femoral BMD and BMC were all higher significantly than those in the model control group(P﹤0. 05)and the difference was not significant in comparison between the two groups(P﹥0. 05). In the model control group,serum BGP level was the lowest than the other groups,indicating the significant difference(P﹤0. 05). Serum BAP was reduced in Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,and either of them was different significantly as com-pared with the model control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Formula effectively prevents from bone mass loss,inhibits bone absorption and promotes bone formation in the disused osteoporosis rats.
