目的:观测和评价益气活血方对模型大鼠肺动脉压( PAP)和动脉血气分析的防护效果。方法将80只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、红景天组和益气活血组,每组20只。空白对照组和模型组均给予等体积的生理盐水,益气活血组和红景天组分别给予相应等效剂量中药浓煎剂,各组连续灌胃6d;灌胃3d后开始,空白对照组常温常压环境饲养,造模各组大鼠置于模拟高原低压氧舱中饲养。结果造模后各组二氧化碳分压( PCO2)差异无统计学意义;而氧分压( PO2)及血氧饱和度( SO2)红景天组和益气活血组均高于模型组( P﹤0.01),红景天组和益气活血组之间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。益气活血组PAP明显低于模型组(P﹤0.01),而与空白对照组接近(P﹥0.05)。结论红景天和益气活血方均可改善肺换气和血液携氧,益气活血方在降低肺动脉高压方面可能作用更突出,因而更能有效减轻高原低氧环境诱发急性肺水肿。

목적:관측화평개익기활혈방대모형대서폐동맥압( PAP)화동맥혈기분석적방호효과。방법장80지웅성SD대서,수궤분위공백대조조、모형조、홍경천조화익기활혈조,매조20지。공백대조조화모형조균급여등체적적생리염수,익기활혈조화홍경천조분별급여상응등효제량중약농전제,각조련속관위6d;관위3d후개시,공백대조조상온상압배경사양,조모각조대서치우모의고원저압양창중사양。결과조모후각조이양화탄분압( PCO2)차이무통계학의의;이양분압( PO2)급혈양포화도( SO2)홍경천조화익기활혈조균고우모형조( P﹤0.01),홍경천조화익기활혈조지간차이무통계학의의(P﹥0.05)。익기활혈조PAP명현저우모형조(P﹤0.01),이여공백대조조접근(P﹥0.05)。결론홍경천화익기활혈방균가개선폐환기화혈액휴양,익기활혈방재강저폐동맥고압방면가능작용경돌출,인이경능유효감경고원저양배경유발급성폐수종。
Objective To observe and evaluate the protective effect of Yiqi Huoxue Formula on pul-monary artery pressure( PAP )and arterial blood and gas analysis( ABG ). Methods Eighty male SD rats were randomized into a blank control group,a model group,Hongjingtian group,Yiqi Huoxue group,20 rats in each one. In the blank control group and the model group,the physical saline of the same volume was given. In Hongjingtian group and Yiqi Huoxue group,the corresponding concentrated decoctions of the same dose were applied. The gastric infusion was given continuously for 6 days in each group. Since the 3rd day of gas-tric infusion,the rats were fed at the normal temperature and pressure in the blank control group. The rats in each modeling group were fed in simulated plateau and low-pressure oxygen chamber. Results After mod-eling,PCO2 was not different significantly in each group. PO2 and SO2 in Hongjingtian group and Yiqi Huoxue group were higher than those in the model group(P﹤0. 01),but the difference was not significant between Hongjingtian group and Yiqi Huoxue group(P﹥0. 05). PAP in Hongjingtian group was lower apparently than that in the model group(P﹤0. 01),but near to the level in the blank control group(P﹥0. 05). Conclusion Hongjingtian Formula and Yiqi Huoxue Formula all improve the function of lung ventilation and blood oxy-gen carrying oxygen. Yiqi Huoxue Formula may play a better role in reducing pulmonary arterial hypertension and effectively reduce acute pulmonary edema induced by plateau hypoxia.
