目的:探讨护理学网络课程辅助教学模式的方法和效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选择我院2011级8个班的275名全日制护理本科生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,分别进行网络辅助模式教学和传统模式教学。实验结束后对两组学生进行闭卷测试和问卷调查。结果试验组阶段考试成绩总分和拓展知识得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生对护理学网络课程的综合评价较好,所有项目的肯定度均在80%以上;97%以上的学生认为网络课程能及时反映学科的前沿知识和最新研究动态,有利于提高自主学习的能力、拓展知识的广度和深度、提高团队协作精神。结论网络课程辅助教学模式能够提高教学效果和学生自主学习的能力,有利于拓展学生掌握知识的广度和深度。

Objective To discuss the method and effects of the assisted teaching mode of nursing network courses. Method 275 full time undergraduate nursing students from 8 classes in Grade 2011 were adopted by the convenience sampling. They were divided into test group and control group randomly. Internet-assisted teaching mode was used in the test group, while the traditional teaching mode was used in the control group. Compared the teaching effects between the two groups by closed book examination and questionnaires. Results The stage examination scores and expand knowledge scores in the test group were higher than those in the control group after the trial. Students in the test group have a good comprehensive evaluation about the nursing network courses. All items' certainty degree were more than 80%. More than 97%students considered that the network courses can relfect the subject frontier knowledge and the latest research trends timely. They also thought that it was helpful to improve the students' self-study ability and team cooperation spirit, to expand the breadth and depth of students' knowledge. Conclusion The internet-assisted teaching mode can improve the teaching effects and the students' self-study ability. It can also expand the breadth and depth of students' knowledge.
