内分泌学作为内科学的一个分支，已经渗透到临床各学科，作为授课教师，在内分泌科见习教学中体会到：在医疗环境日趋复杂的条件下，需要改变传统的教学模式，灵活运用新型教学方法，提高学生的学习兴趣；加强问诊、体检的技巧，提高学生的实践技能；同时，提高教师教学的积极主动性，加强对临床教师的培养，使师生在临床教学中得以共同提高，才能实现医疗和教学的双赢。

Endocrinology is a branch of Department of internal medicine, it has penetrated into ever clinical departments. As teachers in the clinical teaching at department of Endocrinology, we have much experience:In the more complicated conditions of medical environment , we need to change the traditional teaching mode, use new teaching methods lfexibly, and improve the learning interest of the students; Strengthen the skills of inquistion and physical examination, improve students’ medical practice level;At the same time, improve the enthusiasm of teachers in clinical teaching.
