通过建立力学模型和Moldflow模拟分析,对PC细长管塑件浇口位置与型芯变形的关系进行了研究,获得了最佳浇口位置,从而达到在最佳注射工艺条件下顺利抽芯的目的,同时获得了较均匀的塑件壁厚,解决了细长型芯抽芯困难的问题。研究表明,偏移浇口到合适的位置可改善型芯变形状况。

The relationship between the gate location and core deformation in forming a slen-der tube for PC was researched by establishing the mechanical model and making CAE analysis. The best gate location and injection process were obtained and thus the smooth core-pulling and uniform tube wall thickness were achieved. The study shows that with the movement of gate to a proper location, the deformation situation can be improved.
