以某高强板汽车结构件多工位级进模为研究对象,对基于载荷映射的模具结构分析方法进行了研究;利用有限元分析软件Deform 3D进行了冲裁成形过程的模拟和模具应力分析,获得了模具刃口附近的受力区域;在ANSYS Workbench中对该受力区域施加载荷,对模具结构进行了分析,对模具强度进行了校核。结果表明,该分析过程能较好地显示模具结构的受力和变形情况,为优化模具结构提供了依据。

The analysis method of die structure based on load mapping was studied by tak-ing the multi-position progressive die for an automobile soleplate component as the re-searching object. The blanking processes were simulated based on Deform 3D and the stress distributions of the blanking die were analyzed; the stressed zones near blanking edge was then obtained. The surface pressures were applied on these stressed zones by means of ANSYS Workbench; the die structure was studied and the die strength was checked. The results show that stress distributions and deformation conditions can be well displayed with this analysis process which can provide good basis for optimization of die structure.
