目的:研究肌电生物反馈联合针刺对脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响。方法将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例),两组患者均接受常规康复,对照组在此基础上加用针刺治疗,治疗组(肌电生物反馈组)在对照组的基础上加用肌电生物反馈治疗,共治疗8周。治疗前、治疗后8周,测定偏瘫侧腕关节的主动背伸活动范围(AROM),检测腕背伸肌最大收缩时 EMG 波幅,采用 Fugl Meyer 运动功能量表(FMA)评估上肢运动功能。结果两组患者经过治疗后,偏瘫侧腕关节的AROM、腕背肌最大收缩时 EMGG波幅、FMA评分均明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组功能改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈联合针刺能显著促进脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的恢复。

목적:연구기전생물반궤연합침자대뇌졸중후편탄환자상지운동공능적영향。방법장60례뇌졸중편탄환자분위대조조(30례)화치료조(30례),량조환자균접수상규강복,대조조재차기출상가용침자치료,치료조(기전생물반궤조)재대조조적기출상가용기전생물반궤치료,공치료8주。치료전、치료후8주,측정편탄측완관절적주동배신활동범위(AROM),검측완배신기최대수축시 EMG 파폭,채용 Fugl Meyer 운동공능량표(FMA)평고상지운동공능。결과량조환자경과치료후,편탄측완관절적AROM、완배기최대수축시 EMGG파폭、FMA평분균명현개선(P<0.01),차치료조공능개선우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론기전생물반궤연합침자능현저촉진뇌졸중편탄환자상지운동공능적회복。
Objective To observe the effect of electromyographic biofeedback combined with Acupuncture on upper limb function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods Sixty patients with stroke were divided into control group (n=30)treated with conventional rehabilitation and acupuncture treatment,and the treatment group (EMG biofeedback group,n=30)treated with con-ventional rehabilitation,acupuncture treatment and EMG biofeedback treatment.After treatment,hemiplegic side wrist active dorsi-flexion range of motion (AROM)and dorsal carpal extensor contraction amplitude of EMG were detected.The upper extremity motor function was assessed by Fugl Meyer motor function scale (FMA).Results After treatment,the maximum contraction of AROM, dorsal muscle paralysis side wrist,the amplitude of EMGG,FMA scores were significantly improved (P<0.01)in all patient and that in treatment group was better than the that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The electromyographic biofeedback combined with acupuncture could significantly promote the upper limb movement function recovery in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
