选用涤纶水刺非织造布和涤纶机织/针织基布为单层材料,采用水刺复合工艺制备了四种不同的水刺复合过滤材料,并对其过滤性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:四种水刺复合过滤材料的过滤性能均优于水刺非织造布,对于0.3μm气溶胶的过滤效率均在70%以上,过滤阻力在7 Pa以下,不同规格的基布对过滤性能均有较大的影响。
選用滌綸水刺非織造佈和滌綸機織/針織基佈為單層材料,採用水刺複閤工藝製備瞭四種不同的水刺複閤過濾材料,併對其過濾性能進行瞭測試和分析。結果錶明:四種水刺複閤過濾材料的過濾性能均優于水刺非織造佈,對于0.3μm氣溶膠的過濾效率均在70%以上,過濾阻力在7 Pa以下,不同規格的基佈對過濾性能均有較大的影響。
선용조륜수자비직조포화조륜궤직/침직기포위단층재료,채용수자복합공예제비료사충불동적수자복합과려재료,병대기과려성능진행료측시화분석。결과표명:사충수자복합과려재료적과려성능균우우수자비직조포,대우0.3μm기용효적과려효솔균재70%이상,과려조력재7 Pa이하,불동규격적기포대과려성능균유교대적영향。
Four different kinds of spunlaced compound filtration materials were prepared based on polyester spun -laced nonwovens and woven or knitted cloth as substrate materials , and the filtration performances were tested and analyzed .The results show that the filtration performances of compound materials were bet-ter than that of spunlaced nonwovens and the filtration efficiency on 0.3 μm gas-gel was above 70%and the pressure drop was under 7 Pa. Various specifications of cloth have different filtration perfor-mances .
