在氙灯气候日晒下,对聚丙烯(PP)和聚酯(PET)热轧非织造布进行了模拟老化试验,并进行了表观形态,力学性能,热性能和结晶度等方面的测试。结果表明:在相同条件下,PET非织造布的耐老化性能比PP非织造布好,其彻底老化时间分别为1960 h和320 h;随着光照时间的延续,两者的拉伸强力均逐渐降低,且在中间阶段( PET非织造布在光照500~1500 h,PP非织造布在光照120~230 h)老化进程加速,强力损失显著;随着老化时间延长,PP和PET分子链逐步断裂,熔点不断下降,结晶度有所上升;当老化彻底时,纤维粉碎情况严重。

PP and PET thermal-bonded nonwovens were tested on simulating ageing in xenon lamp climate , and the morphology , mechanical performance , heat property and crystallinity of them were tested .The result showed that under the same condition ageing resistance of PET nonwovens was better than that of PP nonwovens and their complete ageing time was 1 960 and 320 h.By extending of light fluctuation time, stretch strength of two kinds of nonwovens decreased gradually , in the middle of that period time the ageing on materials was accelerating , such as PET nonwovens in that of 500 ~1 500 h and PP nonwovens in that of 120~230 h, and the strength decrease of them was large and molecular chain breaks gradually , and the melt-point was down and the crystallinity increased .While ageing completely fiber damaged extremely .
