目的:探讨无创正压通气在重症肺炎中的应用效果。方法选择本院重症肺炎患者共60例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予抗感染、祛痰、营养支持等常规治疗,鼻导管给氧。观察组给予常规治疗,同时予无创正压通气。观察两组患者血气指标、心率、气管插管情况。结果观察组治疗后的血氧分压、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度、心率分别与对照组治疗后的血氧分压、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度、心率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组气管插管发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创正压通气能够显著改善重症肺炎患者的血气指标,减少气管插管发生率,疗效明显。

목적:탐토무창정압통기재중증폐염중적응용효과。방법선택본원중증폐염환자공60례,수궤분위관찰조화대조조。대조조급여항감염、거담、영양지지등상규치료,비도관급양。관찰조급여상규치료,동시여무창정압통기。관찰량조환자혈기지표、심솔、기관삽관정황。결과관찰조치료후적혈양분압、이양화탄분압、혈양포화도、심솔분별여대조조치료후적혈양분압、이양화탄분압、혈양포화도、심솔비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조기관삽관발생솔저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론무창정압통기능구현저개선중증폐염환자적혈기지표,감소기관삽관발생솔,료효명현。
Objective To explore the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on severe pneumonia.Methods 60 cases with severe pneumonia in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment such as anti-infection, expectorant, nutritional support and nasal catheter oxygen. The observation group was given the conventional treatment and the noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. The blood gas index, heart rate, tracheal intubation were observed in two groups.Results The partial pressure of oxygen, partial pressure of carbon dioxide, oxygen saturation, heart rate in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The intubation rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on severe pneumonia can improve the blood gas analysis in patients with severe pneumonia significantly and reduce intubation rate, the curative effect is obvious.
