目的：建立一套方便业务人员设计使用的医院统计信息采集系统。方法：由业务人员进行充分的业务准备，选择国内先进的数据采集工具实现统计信息采集。结果：建立了一套业务规范、符合信息技术标准，能整合不同时期、不同业务系统来源的统计信息采集系统，为统计分析奠定了重要基础。结论：基于业务人员的医院统计信息采集系统方便灵活，可在全国医院推广使用。

목적：건립일투방편업무인원설계사용적의원통계신식채집계통。방법：유업무인원진행충분적업무준비，선택국내선진적수거채집공구실현통계신식채집。결과：건립료일투업무규범、부합신식기술표준，능정합불동시기、불동업무계통래원적통계신식채집계통，위통계분석전정료중요기출。결론：기우업무인원적의원통계신식채집계통방편령활，가재전국의원추엄사용。
Objective: To establish a set of statistical information collection system designed and used by medical staff. Methods: To select an advanced data collection tool to finish data collection after medical stall had prepared the business and data standards etc. Results:A set of hospital statistical information collection system which met the business and IT standards was established, which can integrate the data sources from the different periods and different business systems, It will lay an important foundation for the statistical analysis later. Conclusion:Hospital statistical information collection system based on the medical staff is convenient and flexible, which will promote the further use in all hospital in China.
