目的探讨院外延续管理在癌痛患者镇痛治疗中的作用。方法将2012年1月至8月出院的癌痛患者129例分为对照组和观察组，对照组61例实施常规出院指导，观察组68例在对照组的基础上实施院外延续管理，出院第4周收集资料进行比较。结果观察组患者的服药依从性、镇痛疗效、患者满意度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论院外延续管理能规范癌痛患者院外的镇痛治疗，保障镇痛治疗效果，提高患者生活质量，同时能融洽医患关系，提高患者满意度。

목적탐토원외연속관리재암통환자진통치료중적작용。방법장2012년1월지8월출원적암통환자129례분위대조조화관찰조，대조조61례실시상규출원지도，관찰조68례재대조조적기출상실시원외연속관리，출원제4주수집자료진행비교。결과관찰조환자적복약의종성、진통료효、환자만의도균고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론원외연속관리능규범암통환자원외적진통치료，보장진통치료효과，제고환자생활질량，동시능융흡의환관계，제고환자만의도。
Objectives To investigate the effect of prolonged care outside of hospital in the treatment of cancer pains. Methods Altogether 129 cancer patients suffering from pains who were discharged from January 2012 to August 2012 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group (n=61) received conventional discharge guidance, while the observation group (n=68) received extra prolonged care outside of hospital. Data were collected and compared four weeks after their discharge. Results Medication compliance, analgesic efficacy, and patient satisfaction in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Prolonged care outside of hospital could standardize the analgesic therapy in discharged cancer patients, maintain therapeutic effect, improve patients' quality of life, harmonize the doctor-patient relationship, and improve the patient satisfaction.
