为了有效地考核和提高医院科研管理水平,本文运用关键绩效考核指标(KPI)绩效评价体系,从科研项目立项和过程管理、科研成果奖励、知识产权和论文发表等方面对医院科研技术进行评价。建立医院科研KPI要素,运用目标参照法和加分法,细化科研评价指标,希望通过医院科研绩效评价调动医院科研人员的积极性,促进医院科研水平进一步发展。

In order to effectively appraise and improve hospital's research management, the article employs the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) appraisal system to evaluate hospital's research skills from such perspectives as project approval and process management, rewards for research achievements, intellectual property, and paper publication, etc. KPIs for hospital research were established. By target reference method and scoring method, research appraisal indicators were specified, in hope that performance evaluation would motivate researchers and thus further the hospital's research skills.
