为了研究改性沥青的热稳定性,采用凝胶渗透色谱法分析了7种改性沥青热老化前后分子量分布的变化。结果表明:无论单掺一种改性剂还是掺多种改性剂进行复合改性,改性剂分子量热老化前后变化较大,聚合物降解和交联反应同时进行,但只有小部分的改性剂降解,大部分聚合物结构仍没有被破坏,而沥青相在热老化过程中,以聚合反应为主。研究结果可为改性沥青的质量控制和实际应用提供参考。

위료연구개성력청적열은정성,채용응효삼투색보법분석료7충개성력청열노화전후분자량분포적변화。결과표명:무론단참일충개성제환시참다충개성제진행복합개성,개성제분자량열노화전후변화교대,취합물강해화교련반응동시진행,단지유소부분적개성제강해,대부분취합물결구잉몰유피파배,이력청상재열노화과정중,이취합반응위주。연구결과가위개성력청적질량공제화실제응용제공삼고。
The paper aimed at studying the thermostability of modified asphalt,therefore it adopted the Gel Permeation Chromatography( GPC) method to analyse the molecular weight distribution of 7 modified asphalts for both before and after the thermal ageing,and then compared the differences. The results indicated that significant variations exist between the results gained from before the thermal ageing and that from after,be there one or more modifiers in the compound modification. Polymer degradation and cross-linking reaction happened simultaneously,but only a limited amount of modifier was degraded while most polymers remained undamaged. On the contrary,polymerization was the major reaction in the thermal ageing process of the asphalt phase. The results could be used as reference for the quality control and the application of modified asphalt.
