【目的】调查2型糖尿病(T2DM )住院患者入院当天健商情况并提出干预对策。【方法】对入住本院的140例T2DM患者予入院当天向其发放健商问卷及一般情况调查表,分析其健商情况并提出相应对策。【结果】140名T2DM患者入院当天健商问卷各因子评分分值中健康知识分值最低,值得警惕,健商问卷各维度评分分值中:获得身心健康的方法;身体和情感状态的意识;维护健康的知识;危害健康的因素和健康监测工具的知识;抽烟、喝酒、吸毒五个维度分值最低,值得警惕。【结论】应关注T2DM住院患者入院当天值得警惕的健商因子及维度,以便更好地以病人需求为导向进行健康教育。

【목적】조사2형당뇨병(T2DM )주원환자입원당천건상정황병제출간예대책。【방법】대입주본원적140례T2DM환자여입원당천향기발방건상문권급일반정황조사표,분석기건상정황병제출상응대책。【결과】140명T2DM환자입원당천건상문권각인자평분분치중건강지식분치최저,치득경척,건상문권각유도평분분치중:획득신심건강적방법;신체화정감상태적의식;유호건강적지식;위해건강적인소화건강감측공구적지식;추연、갈주、흡독오개유도분치최저,치득경척。【결론】응관주T2DM주원환자입원당천치득경척적건상인자급유도,이편경호지이병인수구위도향진행건강교육。
[Objective]To investigate the situation of health quotient of inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM ) on admission day and put forward the countermeasures .[Methods]Health quotient questionnaires and the common situation survey scales were given out in 140 inpatients with T2DM in our hospital on admission day . The situation of health quotient was analyzed by using SPSS 11 .5 statistical software .[Results] The scores of health knowledge among the factors of health quotient questionnaires in 140 T2DM patients on admission day were the lowest ,which were alarming .The method of acquiring physical and mental health was obtained from the scores of all dimensions of health quotient questionnaire .The scores of 5 dimensions including consciousness of physical and emotional state ,knowledge of health maintenance ,health risk factors and knowledge of health moni-toring tools ,smoking ,drinking and drug taking were the lowest ,which were alarming .[Conclusion]The alarming health quotient factors and dimensions of inpatients with T 2DM on admission day should be focused on in order to better carry out health education guided by the patients'needs .
